RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Coventry, RI

This project consisted of properly preparing each ceiling and wall for one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint. In addition, the doors, jambs, and all wood trim work received two coats of finish paint.

Providence, RI

This property consisted of removal of wall paper throughout the first floor dining room, living room, and staircase area as well as the second floor hallway, and bedroom. Each wall received compound, sanding, one coat of primer, and two coats of finish paint. All ceilings were patched, sanded, and also received one coat of primer and two coats of a flat finish paint. In addition, all wood doors, jambs, and wood trim received scraping, sanding of existing paint along with primer and two coats of a semi-gloss finish topcoat.

Narragansett, RI

This project consisted of pressure washing entire deck along with the steps and balusters. In the end, the deck received one coat of a semi-transparent stain.

Narragansett Pier, RI

This project started from the ground up. Each wall, and ceiling received one coat of primer and two coats of paint. All wood trim work was caulked, and all nail holes were puttied, and sanded before receiving two coats of a semi-gloss finish. 

 On to the outside where all nail holes were puttied, sanded and two coats of paint was applied to all wood trim work. The second floor porch structure received a clear coat finish on the balusters. Two coats of stain was applied to the front porch decking as well. Finally to finish off this project, we applied a clear coat finish to the entire outside shower.
